Okay, for anyone, anyone at all, who's followed me over the last three years, you would know that my technological failings have resulted in a lack of output. Translation : my old & busted laptop couldn't make a render to save my life. Well, with the COVID 19 stimulus that was sent out earlier this month, I was able to do something I hadn't done in a long time: buy a new(ish) computer. I am the proud owner of a Lenovo IdeaPad 130. It has 4gbs of RAM, a 500 Gb hardrive , an AMD A6 processor and it runs Windows 10. I finally made it to the 64 bit realm of computing!!

I still have some content to install on the new machine, namely Tandy Hair so Yuiko can have some good ears, but otherwise it's running fine! I do wish I could expand the RAM on this thing, but them the breaks. As soon as I have results I'm pleases with, I'll be posting again!

    Watcher Point System: A brief overview    
So this is how it all breaks down:
A Favorite on any deviation will get you fifteen (15) points.
Post a comment on a deviation and you get five (5) points.
Post a comment on a Journal Entry and you get five (10) points.
Post a comment on my dA profile and you get 20 points.
All current watchers get a twenty-five (25) point bonus and all new watchers will get twenty (20).
Replies to any comment will get double the points, i.e.: a reply to a deviation comment will get you ten points, replies to a Journal comment will get you twenty, so on and so on, ad ifinitum.
Now, what do these points mean to you?
Simply, at every threshold marker, you get something free from me!
@ 100 pts. - One analog drawing of you choice, 8-1/2" * 11" at 92 dpi*
@ 250 pts. - One digitally colored drawing, 8-1/2" * 11" at 300 dpi
@ 500 pts. - One rendering, single character, of your choice, fully clothed, 11" * 17" at 300 dpi
@ 1000 pts. - One render, single character, clothing optional, 11" * 17" or larger at 300 dpi

Can you see where this might be win/win?
I get to be more creatively challenged and you all get free gear!
Now tell me that this won't work…
