    Rebecca is a psychologist by trade and as such, her manner is affable and demure. Personally, she is fierce and independent, with small shy streak in her when approaching strangers. Ana'Ra is her rock; from him she takes some of his innate fury and uses it to conquer her fears. When they were high school, a then 17 year old Becky was raped by a Far Right speciesist. The episode made her severely depressed and in a way to alleviate her feelings of hopelessness and violation, she turned to food. Ana'Ra was the only to see the beauty in her, despite her burgeoning waist line. He brought her out of her self-imposed shell and showed her the joys of living. While she stopped over-eating, her body never did revert back to the slim figure she once had. Once the Second Civil War broke out, she enlisted as a psychologist, but was made a specialist sergeant for a platoon whose lieutenant had bought the farm earlier. With some encouragement from Ana'Ra, then a General for the new Union Army, she raised herself into a position of prominence in her platoon, becoming the de facto platoon leader. Later, she would end a violent relationship with a Marine captain to marry Ana'Ra. Together, the pair have seven children. One died in a random act of violence (the only human in a family of Evolved). While this may have broken lesser women, Becky took as a sign that she wasn't preparing her family for the rigors of a often untamed and belligerent world. She still practices psychology, but she has taken to promoting self-defense courses as well as a women's only handgun training. She herself favors a pair of Widowmaker submachine guns, the only relic of her time as a Tinman soldier.
