Gender: Female
Weight: 145 lbs. (65.8 kg)
Height: 5'-9” (1.75 M)
Alliance/Gang: White Queen/ Quicksilver Toxic
Job: Ninja/Spy

Appearance: Gabrielle is a strawberry blonde with deep green eyes. Her hair is medium length, reaching down to her shoulders, but is sometimes tied up in a ponytail. Her skin is lightly tanned with a faint smattering of freckles over the top her chest, over her cheeks, and across the bridge of her nose. She has a fondness for Gothic Lolita fashion, but often wears a-line skirts matched to a cashmere sweater or babydoll t-shirt. Her favorite colors to wear are deep pink, midnight blue, and cool gray or black. She typically is seen with silver earrings and bracelets, but is also known to wear a set of military style dog tags.
Personality: Gabrielle is typically shy and unassuming. She prefers to listen to people rather then talk. Beyond her cute exterior is the cunning mind of a strategist. She suffers from a sight inferiority complex.
Likes: Italian Food, Pepsi, reading Gothic novels, CGI animation, anime, running people through with her odachi
Dislikes: Large gatherings, excessive noise, small children, people talking loudly over cell phones
History: Gabrielle was a military brat in her younger years. Her father, a career sergeant in the US Marines, went form post to post, taking his family and young children with him. Gabrielle spent much of her early school career as “the new girl.” She could never make many friends, because she never knew just how long her fathers deployment was going to be. During one stay at the Naval base in Okinawa, Japan, that Gabrielle became interested in Gothic Lolita culture. She was fascinated by the girls in their frilly, dark dresses and vowed to one day emulate that fashion sense. Shortly there-afterward, the Genevieve’s were shipped out to Germany. Her father was positioned with a regiment going into Iraq to pacify the newly freed Middle Eastern state. He never returned; his Humvee was truck by an IED and the shrapnel pierced his lungs and heart, killing him instantly.
Grieving over her fathers demise, Gabrielle soon began to hear voices coming from the mirrors in her home. For the longest time, she fobbed these off as delusions. When her family returned to the States and Gabrielle entered her very last years of high school, the incidents of voices became more and more frequent. In her Junior year, Gabrielle was referred to a psychiatrist who put her anti-psychotic mediation. Even this did not prevent the voices from occurring, so she was placed on even stronger meds. Soon the voices ceased, and Gabrielle went on to live a quiet if uneventful high school life. She eventually graduated high school, got into a local community college and went to work as waitress at a local diner. While life wasn't perfect for Gabrielle, it was as close as she could reasonably obtain to perfection.
It wasn't long before the voices returned again. Now they were accompanied by visual hallucinations, most often turning up as Gabrielle was applying makeup in her bathroom mirror or she got dressed for bed at night. The more the delusions and hallucinations came, the more Gabrielle began to absorb herself in her studies and work. Yet they never stopped, sometimes peaking during days were she feeling her worst. Then, one day, after returning from very disastrous date, Gabrielle found the volume of the voices increasing to maddening levels. She could not block them out, despite placing headphones over her ears and blasting Muse at the highest volume. Worse, this time, the voices actually made sense!
She stumbled from her apartment's living room, into the hallway and then into her bedroom. There, the full-length floor mirror showed a ghastly looking man wearing a long-tailed sport coat, pleated pants, and a top hat, all in burgundy. This same visage had haunted her for nearly three weeks now and Gabrielle was finally through with looking at his leering face. Taking a replica Japanese katana she bought from a local dealer, Gabrielle went to smash the mirror. But she never did; a hand from the Leering Man snatched at her wrist and pulled her through the mirror! Frightened, amazed, and most of all, leery of this grinning mad man, Gabrielle attempted to strike down the fool. Instead, he caught her in a loving embrace, wearing a goofy smile, and said, “‘Welcome to my parlor,’ said the spider to the fly…”

I intend to add this character to the :icontainted-wonderland: group.
